Megan Lockheart;
"Something's getting in the way. Something's just about to break. I will try to find my place, in the diary of Jane. So tell me how it should be. Try to find out what makes you tick. As I lie down, sore and sick. Do you like that? Do you like that?"[/blockquote][/size]
Sang a small voice, possibly that of a young girl-- only fifteen years of age. The small girl skated gracefully across the frozen lake that rested on the snow behind her house. Her light brown-- somewhat red curls flowing in the wind as she danced across the glassy surface.
"There's a fine line; between love and hate. And I don't mind, just let me say that I like that, I like that. Something's getting in the way. Something's just about to break. I will try to find my place, in the diary of Jane. As I burn another page. As I look the other way. I still try to find my place in the diary of Jane. So tell me how it should be..."
The little girl twirled and spinned, jumped and skid-- anything you could figure imagineable when figure skating. She seemed happy... this little girl. No matter how dead our world seemed now.
"Desperate, I will crawl. Waiting for so long. No love, there is no love. Die for anyone...What have I become?"
The girl turned, flicking her curly hair back over her right shoulder-- revealing her snowy gray eyes. This little girl's name was Megan. Possibly the only person in the world that could be so sweet and carring in this dead world.
A white cat ran across the ice to Megan-- slidding across the ice and hissing with irritation. Megan giggled and stopped skating. She waited for the cat to slide up to her skates before she picked him up. Megan giggled again and kissed the cat's head, "oh Jinx you silly cat! You know you can't skate." she smiled and kissed the cat named Jinx, who purred at megan's touch. Megan kept the smile on her face and sang the rest of the song to Jinx:
"Something's getting in the way. Something's just about to break. I will try to find my place in the diary of Jane. As I burn another page. As I look the other way. I still try to find my place, in the diary of Jane...."
Such a sweet little Butterfly~
